Naujoji Pilaite, estate III
In the 3rd quarter of 2008 we are planning to complete the construction operations in estate III in Naujoji Pilaite and offer it for sale. The estate is situated amongst the following streets: J. Bretkuno, Isruties, I. Simonaitytes and Kintu. It is planned to erect 3 houses, one of which shall be a four-storey, and the remaining two shall constitute four-five-storey row houses. 151 apartments were designed, whereof:
- One-room – 37-39 sq.m.
- Two-room – 45-61 sq.m.
- Three-room – 74-82 sq.m.
A part of the apartments is to be equipped and put on sale with full finish.
