Modern heating system enables the owner to regulate intensity of heating and to pay less for consumed heating.
Heating system benefits:
- Each apartment has individual compact heat point, where hot water is prepared and heating is controled.
- Each flat has its own heat record meter;
- Flat owners have opportunity to turn on heating independently, at any time, regardless of the official publication of the heating season.
- It is possible to regulate hot water temperature which inflow into the apartment (39°-69°C), thereby reducing the hot water treatment costs.
- Owners pay only for the cold water, hot water preparation, heating, according to record meters.
